February 2026

Unfortunately, our recent bid for the Common Ground Award was unsuccessful. That prompts us to go back to the beginning and rethink the best way to develop the Phoenix Centre Garden. More details to follow!

2025

Work has been going full steam ahead, with group members and volunteers weeding the meditation garden and building a composting area.

Gardening team members Jan and NataIie collected a generous selection of plants, donated by Tesco at Transit Way.

They were transported to the Meditation Garden behind St. Francis Church, where they be stored temporarily until we’ve decided where they belong.
